1. Be with the happiest person - kids

2. Just do your best with everything in life, over stress on outcome wont make one happier

3. Do the things you always wanted to do - Go on a tour

4. Volunteer work - helping others and seeing the smile on their faces will definitely enlight your day

5. Exercise regularly is a good way to relief stress - Going for a jog in the park

6. Dont keep all the bad things to yourself - tell a good friends or family members

7. Dont expect too much in life - simple is happiness

8. Take a slow stroll in the park or the beach - The greenery and the calm sea is the best stress healer

9. Listen to relax and soft music

10. Treat yourself to a buffet or seafood treat, and a jug of cold beer
